Well actually it's simple really. I can put an advert for the land in the millions of websites that sell property and land and get lost amongst the masses.

The chances of you finding a great piece of land, without getting ripped off are much slimmer if you are looking through the vast array of websites out there. Whereas, you can look at the land I have, talk to a real person and look at photos.
